plannedparenthood: konstanzie: I got Implanon today! I went to Planned Parenthood. I had originally gone in for a consultation, but when I told them I’m a Teen Council member and that I know all about it, they doctor thought I could get it in then! So I did. I’m surprised how easy it was. I’m so happy. Everyone at the clinic was so nice and helpful. It was a great experience, and why I love Planned Parenthood. Glad you had a good experience and found a method that works for you. For those not in the know, Implanon is a matchstick-sized rod that is inserted in the arm to prevent pregnancy and lasts for up to three years.
